Ate here 13/2/08, prior to theatre. Arrived at 5ish and got a table immediately. Very pleasant surroundings. We paid £136 for 4. This included pre dinner drinks, two bottles house red(recommended) 3 courses, coffees and 2 Baileys. The service was superb - Sofiene was our waiter - small details such as replacing serviettes after starters, attentive to just the right level. Having read reviews of other restaurants in Shaftesbury Ave - we were very pleased with Bella Italia. Would definately return. There was quite a queue for tables after 6.00. Our timing was just right for Les Mis.

Got a great seat with a view of the busy street. The waiter was a little funny. Not really great, not really bad.
The food and wine was good and reasonably priced, we would go back.
