Nando's (Lewisham)

Nando's as you'd expect it, except with exceptionally rude staff. 3 of our meals failed to arrive after 30 minutes so we asked what had happened. The manager came to our table, shouted at us and accused us for eating each others meals, which simply wasn't the case. We asked for her name so we could report her. She told us there was no way for us to complain. Eventually our meals arrived, cold. I did complain on the website, but the letter I received in reply insulted me and the people I was with, calling us rude and said that the manager was in the right. Avoid this branch of Nando's at all costs, try other nearby branches with more competent staff at places such as Greenwich and The O2.
