Quite expensive for very average food. Service was ok, food came fast but the quality let me down.

Thoroughly disappointed. Dreadful service. The food was OK but cold and in no way outweighed the bad service. We ordered takeaway, which was late, cold and half the order was missing and not re-delivered promptly. Noone resolved the problem and their only response was that they "were busy" and "noone's perfect".

I have been to this restaurant several times and it seems to have deteriorated steadily.

I went last weekend with my partner and we had not booked. I asked at the desk if they had a table for two and he said they had, but would need the table by 9. I said that was fine, as it was about 7.40.

We ordered starters and a main each and a bottle of wine. The starters arrived almost as soon as we had ordered it, which struck me as strange - surely this can't have been cooked fresh if it arrived so quickly? The portions were VERY small (when I left the restaurant I was not full) . The food was nice (although not anything special). Half-way through the main course the waiter arrived and dumped our bill on the table. I thought this was rather rude but chose to ignore it. The second we had put down our knives and forks the plates were whipped away by some rather surly staff. It was a bit like trying to eat in a factory. We were also seated near a workstation where all the waiters were congregating and it was very claustrophobic. After taking the plates the waiter arrived with the tablemats and cutlery to change our table and put it on the table next to us and stood over us. It was only 8.30 at this point but we felt very uncomfortable. Then another waiter arrived and asked us if we would finish our drinks in the bar as they wanted the table (it was not full in the restaurant at this point). My partner told them that we had been told we could stay until 9. The waiter asked 'So you are going to wait here until 9?' in a disgusted tone and turned on this heel. We felt very uncomfortable and went to the main desk. I pointed out to the waiter there that the treatment we had received had been appalling and he shrugged at me. They did not atttempt to apologise and were incredibly rude. And for this we paid nearly £50!

I will certainly never eat there again.

Yum Yum Thai definitely lived up to my expectations after seeing this restaurant on the F-Word.

The menu is fairly large, with something for everyone whether you like fish, chicken, beef, salads or vegetarian.

The Pad Tai is incredible, the vegetables are cooked to perfection, really crispy and fresh. The prawns in this dish were perfect too.

All of the dishes we ordered were perfect, there is also a huge cocktail menu as well as some great desserts on offer.

Definitely try this restaurant. It was very tasty!

I thought the food was great and and it was fine dining so obviously you would get small portions. It is a nice friendly restuarant and it does get busy but it is lovely and I enjoyed my time at Yum Yum's. I always go there (I've been about 10 times) and they always deliver good food.

We booked a table under the Taste of London card scheme. At the time of booking on the phone I was reminded that the condition was that we have to book one starter and one main course to qualify for discount under this scheme. I was told that the price did not include desserts or drinks. On arrival the receptonist reminded us again about the conditions of the offer. We were showed to the table and the waiter reminded us the thrid time about the offer. We found that extremely irritating as if we were stupid or worse still second class clients who had only come in for some cheap food. The plates were almost snatched off our table as we took the last spoonful. We were asked if we wanted another drink when our glass was still full. We felt under pressure to eat fast and spend more on drinks.

Food was pricy and very small portions though to be fair the fish cakes were very good.

The fact that Gordon Ramsay has praised this restaurant has made me think twice of visitng his own restaurant again as perhaps he is losing his touch in his old age.

All in all a poor dining experience. I am sure there are equally good Thai restaurants out there with better service and better price.
