I came here with three friends shortly before christmas. it wasn't very busy but this meant that the service was amazing. the staff were really friendly in a non-intrusive way and we were there for a good few hours and weren't hassled at any point. the food was absolutely delicious - really tasty, well presented and good portion sizes. For 3 courses plus side dishes & a few bottles of wine between us it was 45 pounds/head including service which I thought was reasonable given the standard. I would definintely go back here, possibly when london hasn't emptied for christmas.

I have no idea why this restaurant is having such a high rating. I just went there with two of my friends tonite and found that this restaurant is below par.

Food - small portion, boring, taste of food is dull. You'd expect they serve bread when charging a meal between £30 - £40. However, they didn't.

Service - Didn't get a smile at all. They even tried to rip every penny off from the customers. Sick of hearing still or sparkling? anymore wines? drinks?

Place - Noisy!!! It's just an overpriced pub which serves food. That's all.

It is so fab to see a restaurant in London that gets the whole experience right! The style, the food and the wine! London is full of designer restaurants that get away with "style over substance" - the Club is not one of them! I also organised my best friend's birthday party there with 40 people and the restaurant team were professional and friendly. This is a little gem that offers dining/drinking/ dancing. Wish there were more out there.....

Well done!

I love the Club Bar & Dining, I've been there many times and think it's one of the best central London venues for meeting with a group of friends, grabbing something lovely to eat, enjoying a few drinks (the wine list is great) and having a bit of a dance downstairs. It's a gorgeous place, with fun staff and a real vibe.

Each time I go to this bar, I'm constantly amazed by the relaxed atmosphere, refreshing service & mouth watering menu on offer. However hungry I get, I leave complete & always look forward to the mouth watering options I'll be treated to on my return.

This partnered with the unique array of wines available to wash down a delightful lunch or dinner. An excellent liquid selection from around the globe.

A bar in the centre of town, where they make you feel the centre of attention.

Simply a metropolitan local for people who want a comfortably cool experience.

reading the reviews from earlier on the year they obviously just had a few teething problems, my friends and i were so impressed! We were seated in a spacious booth in the centre of the restaurant, and though busy with friday night drinkers we were served very quickly.

If your decide to visit you must must must try the chateaubriand. I am not a massive meat fan but two of my table had this to share and after tasting some i was cursing myslef for not ordering it aswell, That is not to say that my Salmon with minted new potatoes was not up to standard because it was just as delicious. The wine list is very extensive, special reccomendations for the Pouilly Fuisse and Pata Negra, which complimented our meals well.

The staff were attentive and engaged us in friendly banter towards the end of the eveing which was very refreshing for a restaurant that is setting the bar high. Will most definately be heading back.

i recently visited The Club Bar & Dining on the recommendation of a food critic friend. We arrived early and were whisked to the bar for a couple of very well made Dry Martinis. Although the restaurant was packed, we only had to wait 10 minutes or so for our table to be ready - very efficient staff. Highlights from our choices were the smoked chicken and bacon caesar salad - always a good barometer for a restaurant - it was perfectly dressed and topped with a soft poached egg. I also plumped for the Lobster Linguine and was pleasantly surprised by the quantity of Lobster used - so often a disappointment in restaurants. This matched perfectly to the bottle of Overstone Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand (incidentally, the wine list alone is worth a visit), which was recommended by our charming waiter. I will definitely be back - this is just the kind of restaurant needed in Piccadilly - great for a midweek supper or for something more special at the weekend.

I've been to The Club several times now and have found it to be an excellent place either for a light lunch, or in the evening for drinking, eating or a party. The ground floor tends to have a good buzz to it, and the booth seating is fantastic if there’s a few of you there. Downstairs has been good for parties, as it’s lively and has great cocktails and champagnes. The food menu on the ground floor is interesting and varied, with some good seafood and excellent specials. The wine list is fantastic too, well priced and we really enjoy the NZ Sauvignon and the SA Pinotage. We’ve also found the service to be friendly and efficient. I guess they didn’t win the London Best New Bar Award by accident! I’ll be back…

I had such a good time here that I thought I'd thank them with a review. I have to say I am pretty shocked that some other reviews weren't so good.

I went with my girlfriend and from the moment we walked in they couldn't have looked after us more pleasantly. The place is stylish and cool but not up its own behind like many other similar places. It just seemed that the place was really friendly with a great bunch of cool people.

My oysters to start were fat and creamy, but the most impressive bit was my girlfriends soft-boiled eggs with brioche soldiers which were absolutely perfect.

We shared the Chateaubriand and it was one of the best pieces of meat I have ever had out.

We had a couple of cocktails which were nice but whos names I forget. The bottle Macon Rouge was perfect with the meat.

I always thought of myself as super fussy so god knows what the nasty reviewers like. As far as myself and my girlfriend go we are very big fans!
