Smithy's Wine Bar and Restaurant

We came here on Friday night with my Taste London card (which gives you half price dining). We had a lovely night: the food was fresh, tasty and beautifully presented, and the service was excellent. With the card we paid £22 each for 3 courses, a glass of wine and coffee each which is exceptional value, esp for central London.

This is a great place! I booked lunch here for my 30th birthday after finding the website and hearing a recommendation from a friend and i'm so glad I did. Its a relaxed, comfortable restaurant/bar with friendly and efficient service. The food was excellent and reasonably priced for the quality. There's a good wine list and selection of beers too.

One of those places you can go on a date or take friends and they will be so suprised that you ever found such a hidden little gem.
