Went there on Saturday 13th february 2010, sorry people but the place is a joke, the service was a joke, we asked for the manager to come to our table but he was not interested in taking care of a couple of guys seated near a window and having to wait 50 minutes for our food!!! Ridiculous sincerely...and the prices are a joke as well... good luck for the future

I've just returned for a horrendous experience at the Brompton Quarter Cafe. As others have mentioned, the service here is appalling. We waited over 15 minutes for our drink order to be taken, and then had to ask several more times before the drinks finally arrived at our table. We also had to ask for our empty glasses and bread dishes to be removed from the table, whilst waiting over 40 minutes for our food to arrive! Fortunately the food was very tasty and the portions were large, but that is the only good thing about this restaurant. It is so unfortunate - the restaurant is in a great location and has so much potential. But the staff could care less about you, you'll wait ages for unspectacular food, and your money is better spent elsewhere.

I would neither recommend this restaurant nor ever return.

The best breakfast and service I've had in London in a long time. The staff were charming and efficient, the food exceptional and worth the price (it is Knightsbridge after all). We were hungover and starving which usually makes us very hard to please, and I'm fairly fussy on a good day- well done BQC.

Awful place. Had to ask for the menu and push for our drinks to come. Food order was too long, the portions are tiny and vastly overpriced. £6 for a dipping size plate of hoummous. Rubbish service and vastly overpriced food. Only go to this place if you have money to waste and lots of time on your hands.
