This is possibly the worst Indian restaurant I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Don't waste your money, there are far better Indian restaurants in the capital...

Basically don't go if you want a curry.. this new curry concept means charging you well over the odds for undercooked, tiny portions.. and don't even get me started on the 'poppadums'.. you have to laugh at the 15% service charge too..

We went last Thursday for the £18 all you can eat offer. Place itself is unique with booths upstairs for larger groups. Started off ok with a tasty pre-starter, then it went a little downhill, the starters were pretty average with some of the veggie options being inedible, the main then comes pretty quickly after which is a shame as we'd like to have relaxed a little but i guess they were keen to get the next sitting in, again the main was ok however one of our group was veg which just meant they brought out exactly the same as the meateaters but without the meat dish! The service was excellent, very friendly. All in all, one to tick off but wouldn't go back.

Sitaaray
Myself and 3 collegues went for lunch. Cannot say I was hugely impresssed.
Resturant itself was cold.
Menu choice somewhat limited but could all find something we liked.
However the smell of bleach from the toilets somewhat puts you off the food.
Actual food quality quite good, speed of delivery slow. For a lunch time sitting was depressed to wait 45 minutes for the starter which did not arrive all a once so part of the party watched their food go cold while the rest of us were served.
Coffee at the end was luke warm and took 5 minutes for the staff to find milk. At this point was not interested in drinking it.
In the end told manager to remove coffee from bill.
My opinion, must do better.

We went for lunch on saturday. At only the second day of opening the place was empty but for us. The staff were lovely, very helpful & cheerful, they put us in one of the themed booths upstairs - we were 'Vamps & Villains'. The lunch menu lists several starters & half a dozen grilled meals all served with dhal, naan, salad, raitha & chutneys. Everything was lovely, good quality, nice little touches like the lemon to squeeze on your salad & allvery well presented. The cheapest wine on the list was good value & actually an excellent match for the more spicy things like lime pickle. I would (& have already) definitely recommend this place & am looking forward to going there for dinner one night when my appetite can take it!
