This place gives the phrase 'authentic Italian' a whole new dimension. I was in love before I entered the restaurant. An idyllic little restaurant with bundles of character and charm - and all this before you place a morsel in your mouth!

Granted the service verges on unconventional, but when Mimmo himself bounds into the room singing and turning the stereo up a notch, all you can do is join in and have fun.

The food is delectable, the atmosphere warm and cosy. If you're after stuffy service and have a stiff upper lip then this isn't the place for you. This is a place for people who aren't afraid to smile and laugh when things go a little skewed, but who enjoy good Italian food the way way it's meant to be.
