We live a few streets away and were excited to try this (inexpensive?) chicken restaurant. What a disapointment. I would not call this place inedible, but it comes close.
Out of the 3 items we ordered, 1 was awful, the other 2 barely passable. Our rice was undercooked and crunchy. The Chicken was extremely overcooked - how they do this in a rotisserie is a mystery, but it takes a special talent. The French Beans were the only thing that we could eat without choking. Boiled French Beans with no seasoning and no natural flavour is not my idea of food.
You would be much better served going to Nando's. They charge £5 less for the same dishes and are at least flavourful.
Truly one of the worst meals in London.

I have dined here quite a few times with friends on Sunday afternoons and the quality of food is normally good. The chicken is fresh, although once it was not quite cooked long enough and a bit chewy. The atmosphere is good, quite small inside, but good for a small group. Service is not particularly fast, with an average waiting time of about 10-15 minutes. There is a strong lemon smell from the toilets, so I would not recommend sitting at the tables close to them as it can be a bit off-putting. Overall, a good quality chicken restaurant.

Great white chicken and the sides were superb. It is always a good sign when they run out of certain items, meaning it tends to be fresh. Would highly recommend and will become a regular to the South ken branch.

There are two outlets of this French Rotisserie restaurant. I went to the Nottinghill branch. For a Saturday evening, the restaurant was very quiet and most of the trade take away. All the chickens are free range and cooked evenly leaving the skin golden, and well cooked through without being dry. Unforutnately, the same couldn't be said of the sides. The french beans were slighly soggy, and the Gratin Dauphonise was tasty but the portion miniscule. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat at Rotisserie Jules again but if I was in the area I might consider it.
