The Cuban (Canterbury)

Great atmosphere! and loved the scenery... Even though we hadnt booked it took 15mins to get a table and I enjoyed sitting around the bar because the drinks were so good. Made fresh with great service was def a plus! I usually don't do reviews but must say this pleasant experience was worth noting.

Been here a couple of times since it opened, I have to say the service and quality of the food and drink has gone up. The food tastes fresh and the cocktails are definately fresh!! Gets busy there so book if you can, and it's worth visiting their web site for special deals.

Well, what can I say? From the outside the Cuban looks rather small and does not remotely do jusitice to the interior of the building. As you enter the main bar area you feel like you are in a different country and the smells of the food and drinks and the sound of the music adds to this sensation. (you will be humming the tunes for the rest of the week)

I went on a girls night out there last Wednesday which turned out to be their Paella night. We drank Sangria and sampeld some tasty tapas as well as some Paella (when in Rome). I have not eaten of the main menu at the cuban before, I have only been in on a Sunday for drinks and a roast to listen to the Jazz musician as it is something different to do, Next time we go we are going to try the salsa lessons...and maybe a few more cocktails!
