Three of us had an excellent pre-theatre meal at Bradleys last night. The menu wasn't extensive, but you wouldn't expect this in the circumstances, and it was all very fresh and well presented. We had two starters, crispy duck salad and goat's cheese quiche, which were both delicious, and all of us had the fishcake with mustard sauce and leeks, a more interesting dish than usual with more texture and bite. A friend with food allergies was treated very sympathetically and efficiently by the friendly waitress. The total was around £60 for two courses each from the set menu, drinks and coffees, and we were out in good time for the theatre. The place was full and the atmosphere very buzzy. Will certainly go again.

We went there 6.03.07 The atmosphere was lacking and the room was rather chilly The stater was a beetroot and goat's cheese pie which was just ok. For the main the roast lamb was so tasteless that I left most of it as did my wife leave some of her halibut for the same reason. Also very expensive for the quality and presentation of food.

I went to Bradley's at my friend's confirmation party. The starter was fine. I had a goats cheese and leek souffle except for the fact that the top was slightly burnt. My main course, a duck confit, was very overpowering and much too sweet and sickly. My pudding, a chocolate tart I was expecting to be very light and really lovely, instead it was very very strong, not at all light and the pastry at the bottom was very solid, which was impossible to cut through. The raspberry sorbet which came with it was lovely but the presentation wasn't so good because when I got it, it had already half melted and half the scoop had sort of fallen apart. The service was ok and the food was served on time but the waitresses kept on knocking me to one side and kept on telling me, not particularly pleasantly, to move. The atmosphere was quite pleasant but it was extremely noisy and I couldn't hear me and my friend's conversations.

Excellent. All 3 courses were perfect, The steak was the biggest I have ever seen and cooked beautifully! The service was spot on and the atmosphere was very relaxed. A bit pricey at £100 for 2 (inc wine) but well worth it - you get what you pay for!

Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner with friends at Bradleys on Saturday night. The food was phenomenal, with quality ingredients and interesting flavors, and service was friendly, competent and attentive. The chef had a wonderful selection of starters and mains to please even the picky eaters amongst us. The atmosphere was modern yet comfortable and welcoming. And at 150 pounds for 4, including wine and service, it was also great value for money. Highly recommended.

I have been to Bradleys many times now, and each time I have not been disappointed. The food is inventive and satisfying, and the restaurant is warm and cosy. I reccommend this to anyone who wants good food, welcoming staff and a warm atmosphere.

Went there on Saturday 02/06 and will not go back for another 1O years at least, despite living nearby.
The food is rubbish and vastly over-priced. On a plus side, they display some very nice paintings...modern art if you like.
But £100 for two is a bit steep for Museum entrance fee!

Very disappointing food. There were too many flavours on the plate and we felt that the quality of the ingredients was poor. At 100 quid for 2 this is not cheap and felt that this is vastly over priced. Staff were very attentive but although we live just round the corner we will definately not come back
