The best Ethiopian restaurant in whole London!!! Trust me, the food is delicious, the relaxed atmosphere is perfect, the staff are nice and friendly and also good value of money. I would eat there every day, almost!

It was the first time I ate Ethiopian food and what a delight it was!!!! The restaurant was decorated beautifully with traditional settings. The food was fantastic and a wonderful experience to be able to eat with your finger's sharing from the same plate. If you like spicy food or vegetarian you’re in luck. The restaurant prides itself with an ample choice of both. It is suffice to say the place encompasses both the Ethiopian tradition and the hidden culinary delight the country has to offer! The traditional dancers were also superb. They gave us a show which was unforgettable. They perform Friday, Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to have a nice evening with a fantastic customer service and exceptional food I recommend Shebele restaurant!

This place is an absolute hidden gem. Ignore the surroundings leading up to the restaurant. Here you are in for an authentic treat. The staff are very attentive and will happily recommend what to eat. (Menu needs explanation)

Go for the traditional seats where the food is served on the "crompet pancake" style plate which is also what you eat the food with. (no cutlery) Similar to the way you'd eat a curry with a chipati.

Excellent athmosphere and music completes the ambience.

Can't wait to go again.

Real value for money with mailns under a tenner.
