This is a wonderful place, but mainly for breakfast, teas and light meals.

I would not call it a restaurant. In the summer you can sit in the beautiful gardens, very peaceful in the mornings and still lovely later. Inside it's extremely simple, can be loud, particularly during school holidays.

The food is lovely, cakes delicious.

Toilets let the place down a bit; have become cleaner, but hand dryers hardly ever work, the odd door handle broken or non-existent etc. They are used by general public, Hampstead Heath visitors.

If you bring a dog and the weather is okay you can sit in the front area (dogs not allowed in garden).

Very friendly staff!

In good, warmer weather a haven!
