One of the best places to have authentic South Indian food.

Highlight of the place is the Idly, Masala Dosa and the Masala Tea.

Retro look of the place.

The worst service we ever received in London

- Had to wait for an hour to get the food.

- Rude waiter

- Wrong food served

- Had to ask for plate, spoon.

- A disaster experience

- Dirty chairs, furniture, curtains, unprofessional staff.

- Unhygienic kitchen

- Won't recommend to anyone.

The quality of food is very average. The restaurants are not maintained hygienically. There is no professional approach. I dont know on what aspect of hotel management they were given ISO for. Its the same situation in all their branches irrespective of their location.

Vasanta Bhavan provides authentic Indian vegetarian cuisine to the very highest standard. I lived in East Ham for a number of years and never found anywhere else that even came close - though a number of the other curryhouses were indeed very good...

At Vasanta Bhavan the service is very friendly and the chefs are superb...

I have since moved out of the area, but make regular trips back as their food is literally spectacularly good - a whole different league to the kind of watered down curry that is served up in West London - presumably catering to British taste...

Do yourself a favour and tickle your tastebuds at Vasanta Bhavan...!
