I am from New Zealand and thought that the only good fish and chips where from my home country...oh I am so wrong. This is where they get even better. Great really really fresh fish, the best chips i have ever tasted and the chef is from Portugal so there is a wonderful med twist to alot of the dishes....the fish soup is the best i have ever tasted...even in Portugal. If you live near here you MUST visit...even if you dont live here it is SO worth the visit. It also is the really good value...i'm a fan incase you hadn't guest.

Brady's has just opened up in Earlsfield at the Open Page. I don't work for them or own it although you may think so after reading this.

I have been 3 times in the last month and the food has been consistently high standard and great value.

I had a massive bowl of calamari for £3.50 which was so fresh and tender it must have been swimming that morning, the potted shrimp is great, the cockles are served with a wedge of lemon and some mayo for £1.75! I had a perfectly cooked whole John Dory for £8.95, I dread to think what I would have paid for that in town.

Get down there and eat some fresh fish how it is meant to taste.

I live in wandsworth and Bradys has been part of my life since i can remember i have seen it change over the years. i went there recently after being away for 6 months. it now excepts cards except american express unfotunatly. the food is just as great as always and the staff chatty and attentive. the thing non regs dont understand is this is a small business although hugley populer, if you go in and its busy the waiters sometimes seem to not pay attention but thats usually because they working hard to please everyone between 3 of them and they do a damn fine job always with a smile and its ovious they all get on with friendly banter. i would suggest this place to everyone even if just to get a take away.

Went late Saturday night. Didnt have to wait long for our order.

House wine, excellent!

Chips, the best we have had in a long time (hmm, since those lovely ones from a mobile chip shop in Peterborough back in '98)

Fish, wonderful - and batter great!

In all, a great evening in a lovely atmosphere, served by smiling and friendly staff.
