Will visit Cookes very soon we are now from Australia (formerly from Hackney) Oh my can't wait for the delicious Pie n Mash n liquor, you can forget McDonalds. At least when I go to UK and out of London I can buy from Sainsburys Pie n Mash . Anybody know where I can purchase Pie n Mash in OZ ?? plz

well i lived just off london filds for about 29 years pie mash in broadway market is one of the best pie shops around very long history and bob is a diamond keep it going and who knows it might be there in another 100 years

This restaurants food and service are always consistantly high.

The owners and staff welcome each customer as an old friends and are willing to have a pleasant conversation. But if you want to be alone with a book or have a private conversation, the staff are discreet and keep their distance.

Hadn't been there for years and the place is exactly how I remember it! Bob was still chatting to all the customers and making everyone feel like a long lost friend lol. The best pie & mash shop full stop!!!!!

Its the greatest pie and mash in the whole wide world..with new shops opening up, and the liqour the best in the country you can't go wrong!!
