Reasonable food in a smoke-filled atmosphere. Sausages surprisingly bland considering it's the named speciality! Tho food was decent quality & portion size. Two ordered all day breakfast with the mushrooms on a side plate - ordered was messed up and we were charged for the mistake which couldn't be rectified as it had 'already gone thru the till'. Plates and napkins cleared away while still eating. Drinks spilled by waitress as she served them who laughed & left the mess for us to eat around.

Sausage and Mash was a welcome break from the overpriced restaurants I have been to recently. I would highly recommend it, especially for comfort food! A great ambassador for English food
