Artista Restaurant & Cocktail Lounge

My wife and I went to Artista using the 3 courses for £15 special offer on london-eating.
The restaurant is fairly small and usually wouldnt really have caught my attention had it not been for this special offer, however at night it is nicely lit up and the atmosphere inside is very nice.
the tables are a bit clode togetehr so you dot get absolute privacy, but the service is great. The food was promtly delivered with a smile. it was fairly simple traditional Italian dishes with good quality ingredients like buffalo mozzerella which you could tell was the real deal, not like the supermarket stuff. the goats cheese starter was really nice. i had gnocci for main which was well made, and finished with carpaccio of pineapple with rasperry ice cream which was refreshing.
altogether at £20 a head for 3 courses, a glass of wine and the 12.5% gratuity charge, the value of the place cannot be beaten.
