Dim T (London Bridge)

Lovely location, but I'm afraid to say the service is very unprofessional. I went there for my birthday with a group of 20-something year old friends, and we were treated like kids. This was probabably just unlucky, but one waiter was enough to convince not to go back there again. The food was nice, but one of the dishes a friend ordered was not edible. However, there is a wide range of variety and the Dim Sum are amazing. I guess it depends on the day you go, but I'm sure it's great for a quick business lunch.

I was really looking forward to eating here, as i had been told it was a great place. firstly it took us ages to find, then even though we had booked we had to wait for our table. The starters were okay - but nothing special, and the mains the same. Unfortunately they had run out of tofu, which was shocking as it was the only vegetarian thing on the menu, and being a vegetarian this didn't really impress me. Although i was given extra veg, it didn't really compensate. My boyfriend had the shredded beef, which was deep fried to a crisp, and lots of the crispy bits weren't even beef, just fried something or another in funny shapes. The staff were useless, and painfully slow. we waited ages for a drink, then my starter came, but it was half an hour before my boyfriends came. the wait for the main was ridiculous, not that we minded,, as it had a nice atmosphere, but it was impossible to get another drink! Fortunately we had a BOGOF voucher for main courses, but the bill was still £32 for 2 starters, one main course and 2 wines and 2 beers... didn't think it was exceptionally good value for money, and to be honest although the food wasn't awful, it was 'chain' food and i wasn't impressed.
