This is wrongly named! This is a proper and very smart restaurant and NOT some kind of "grill" or kabab house. They should drop the "Grill" from the name!

It appreals to the smart 30s and 40s who like dining in above average places where the service is very professional. The decor is modern and the tables are well set. On a Friday evening I thought it deserved more than the 10 dining there tonight.

The food is certainly good ( apart from the pineapple juice which needs to be sourced elsewhere! ) and the range of dishes is very wide. I had a chicken liver masalla which was very good indeed. The two banana fritters ( £1.95 ) were almost 8" long and very nicely cooked without too much batter.

Its the ideal place to impress the boss or a new girlfriend.

They add 10% service and so a good meal with 1/2 bottle of house wine ( £10.95 ) will be about £25 per head. So whilest not the cheapest its still quite affordable and will be perceived as good value particularly as the portions are quite reasonably sized.

A group of friends and I went to Meghna last night after being highly recommended by a friend who is a regular to this place. I have to say all of of us were amazed at the food, the ambience and the service. It is a gem of a find and needless to say, we are going to go back there regularly too. The Chicken Tikka Masala was out of this world - simply divine & the naan was fresh & delicious. The granite & marble toilets were impeccable - the best toilets seen at any restaurant. Well impressed by everything...

Very poor"indian" food - same old same old - one trick pony sauces. We ordered a selection and they all tasted very similar. The chicken was frozen, lamb was smelly - very disappointed indeed. The interior is something from an 80's film set with chrome chairs & white ceramic floor!

Brilliant resturant food, warm and friendly service, and at fantastic price for London!I had a pleasant evening in clean atmosphere. The chicken jalfrezi and pulao rice was mouth watering. The starters of prawn and chiken tikka is one of the best we have had. Great value. The new management has worked wonders to this place.Certainly worth a visit for really great value. The toilets are the cleanest I've seen in an Asian resturant. Certainly recommend it.

Delicious food and friendly service in a bright, recently remodeled interior. This is our favorite Indian place -- the tikka masala is mouth-watering and the mango lassi is a great way to end the meal.
