Mar I Terra - Victoria Park

It appears that this restaurant has now closed down - what a relief , the most inhospitable place which I have ever gone to , at every occasion , the staff could not wait to kick you out and would stack chairs and tables around you . This locale as a 'normal ' pub serving food and quality drink would be great - the decor is now a disgusting green and I trust someone who takes it over will learn from the mistakes of the Crown Organic pub and this chain of now 2 .

We used to love this place and felt it had great local potential when it replaced our local gastropub. The food was good, atmosphere...OK, but being around the corner from us made the place very appealing.

However, whenever the owner comes to visit and manage the place, we feel like aliens in our own neighbourhood. This man is so shocking and rude that we have vowed never to visit here again. He shouts at his staff, and more frightening his customers. This is no way to run a restaurant or treat your customers. Any possitive atmospher or feelings here have been lost and we will not be visiting here ever again - we advise you to do the same!!
