The Rotisserie

We have been waiting so long for a restaurant of this quality in St John's Wood.

The food and service are of the highest standard.

My Husband and I BOTH LOVE A GOOD STEAK. And we were not dissapointed.

I had the Fillet which was like butter and had great flavour.My Husband went for the oversize T-Bone.They were both cooked to perfection.

For Dessert we shared a chocolate pudding which was also amazing.

The place had a lovely feel-great atmosphere!!!

Will return very requently-Highly Reccomended!!!!

I was disappointed and won’t be going back.

The staff all looked miserable and the only time I saw one of our servers smile was when I paid the bill. I mentioned this to the manager who disagreed with me. Saying that ‘although they weren’t smiling they were happy’!

The steak was okay but I had to ask and then wait for mustard and ketchup (they specialise in steak and chips!!!) these then came in small open ramekins and looked crusty and unappealing.

The green salad was far from generous and very unimaginative. The same can be said for the seasonal vegetables.

I thought it was bad value given the overall experience (over £60 inc service for 2 small filets, salad/veg, chips/rice and a beer/glass wine). Then adding insult to injury - they don’t take amex!

There are some good steak specialists in London (the Gaucho chain knock the socks of this place) this is not one of them.

Livingin St Johns Wood, its great to have a local restaurant that is reasonably priced and c offers onsistantly good food. Have visited a number of times and each time the quality of food and the service has been great.

Buzzy vibe, is great for both Lunch and dinner. Service is friendly and efficient. Would definately recommend!!
