Food is good and it is usually busy so it is best to to book. The staff are friendly but very inefficient when it is busy. I am not sure the kitchen can really cope with a full restaurant. Sat at 2010 and left at 2300 and this was on a Tuesday night. None of it was down to us. Check the bill as it is invariably wrong. This time we were charged for two extra set menus. Sometimes they miss off drinks. Gravalax, peri peri chicken and Belgian chocolate pudding is worth having from the set menu. If you want a steak, it is best to look beyond the set. The Rioja is a good choice for less than £20.

What a Find!!!!
From the moment we were met at the door until we left-we were the last to leave
we had a fantastic evening out.
The steaks are out of this world-I had a giant T-Bone and finished the whole thing.
I even had space for a chocolate pudding to die for!!
The service was obliging and very Friendly.
Obviously we were not the first to discover this Gem-It was packed to the rafters
and had a great buzz.
Highly recommend.
Cant' wait to go back.
