Most fantastic meal....my girlfriend and I had a wonderful evening. The food was great. My starter of marinated salmon was delicious and was followed up by the risotto, which was the on a par with Harrys Bar. Thank you very much for a special night.

This restaurant was absolutely sensational. I suggested it for a family party without having been there and trusting entirely on positive reviews and on peering through the window during a recent trip to the area! The atmosphere was perfect brasserie - lively chatter but not too loud - and from start to finish the service was impeccable. As for the food - well I have to say it was one of the best recent meals I have had. Lovely marinated salmon to start, roast monkfish and a platter of cheeses to round it off. The rest of the party of 7 also absolutely loved it and there wasn't a dud dish to be seen. Highly recommended.

Handsome restaurant and very accomplished food. A classic "I want to eat everything" menu. Scallops then oxtail, all superbly cooked and presented. Special mention to the staff, absolutely charming throughout. We racked up quite a bill, it has to be said, but a great luncheon is always worth the money.

The service is fantastic, you are left long enough to make your choice in your own time, but not left long enough that you are left wondering when you will be served.
The menus for both the food and wine are exceptional (try the Sancerre, wow).
The ambience is everything you want from a restaurant, you are far enough from the surrounding tables not to notice, but close enough to absorb the atmosphere.
This is without a doubt the finest restaurant I have eaten in on my visits to London, a special place for those very special occasions.
The crispy pork belly starter is a must!
Thank you for making my wife’s birthday trip one to remember!

We ate here on Saturday evening and it was very pleasent. I had a Crab Ravioli with Sauce American, which was well balanced in flavour and only slightly spoiled by the crab meat not be properly checked for shell. The snails were an excellent starter as was the fish soup.
The Venison for main was extemely good, excellent quality meat done on a very nice creamed savoy cabbage which was tasty but not too heavy or rich.
This was all finished off with a Chocolate fondant with burnt orange ice cream, which was also very tasty although could have benefited from a slightly richer chocolate (but that might just be me).
It was a nice atmosphere, not too busy or loud.

We ate here early evening on a Saturday and felt that the food and service were both excellent. Having explained that it was my husband's Birthday, they chose the table very carefully and were kind enough to give us glasses of champagne to start off the evening with something special. They even remembered to wish him Happy Birthday again when we left.
Good food served by friendly attentive staff in a very French atmosphere.

This restaurant is my favourite French Brasserie in London; the food is good and not too expensive, the ambiance is excellent and the service acceptable. I would highly recommend it (especially the braised ox-tail)
