Dear Rodizio Rico staff and management.
Everybody can have a bad day at work, but not all of your staff! It took 30 mins before somebody managed to come to our service, and when 4 people works 8 tables this should not be a problem.The drinks didn't come as ordered, only half of it ,and then wrong! When asked for what kind of wine you got as house wine 'Don`t know', when you serve drinks to customers you place the drinks on a tray and carry it to the table and make sure that everybody gets what they ordered, don't run a round like a headless hen and forget half of the order.
Ok, so we went for the salads and extras for start eating, asking the staff what was the contents of the various bowls the answer was 'Don't know' When you work at a restaurant serving food, the least you should expect is that the staff know what they are serving..!
Then came the serving of the meat, the only thing that resembled as professional treatment, after all other disasters. The meat was good and we got plenty of it, but that can't cover up the other failures of your restaurant. You need a BIG shape up, maybe a visit by G. Ramsay has been a wise thing to get you up to a standard that is required for calling yourself a restaurant.
