The Dove, Dargate

The worst meal ever. My wife and I booked for our 39th Wedding Anniversary,the crab starter was not defrosted properly and was very wet,the Seasalter Lamb was not cooked properly and there was raw fat and meat in the middle which is not nice to chew on and I found a large piece of cartiledge in my lamb,we could not get out of there quick enough,did not want to even try a dessert.

a wonderful surprise right on our doorstep. Took a chance on one review and boy The Dove didnt dissapoint. Nice atmoshere, great service and food of the very highest quality, this is not pub grub as we know it more "pub meets fine dining". The Fillet of steak (normally dissaponting) was out of this world, didnt really want to swallow it as its flavour was simply to die for.

We hope these guys succeed with The Dove, on this performance they certainly ought too.

Cant wait to back for more.
