This was my second visit, both times with a large party. The food was on both occasions superb and the courses arrived quickly, hot and at the same time, no waiting for the kitchen to catch up with a large order. The fish stew/casserole was to die for and the spagetti meat balls were the best my husband has eaten. House wine very drinkable. Very relaxed atmosphere, best Italian food at reasonable prices will go again.

I like this restaurant. I come back, every time I’m in London since 2002. The staff is very nice with some exceptions mostly because then have some new people now and then. Even though, they are pretty friendly and if you’re lucky, the manager (an enchanting young lady) would welcome you to your table. The food is good and taste Italian as the food you get in Rome. The atmosphere is relaxed and sometimes you hear the laughing of the personal that reminds once more, Italy.

I hardly recommend this nice restaurant.

Having read the glowing reviews about this restaurant we tried it out and I would have to say that I found it to be a reasonable restaurant but certainly not an impressive dining experience. The food, service and atmosphere were all fine but nothing more. When we asked for black pepper (we had to ask for it!) we were brought a bowl of powdered pepper with a teaspoon in it - I couldn't believe they didn't have a pepper mill! The menu was standard and good value for money but certainly not the best Italian food to be found in London.

We ate here last night before a show in Drury Lane.I had seen a review of the restaurant and thought we would put it to the test. We were not disappointed. The service was extremely good-we were not rushed or kept waiting. in fact we were served by 3 different waiters/waitresses who obviously loved their job and were extremely polite and happy.The food was out of this world-spaghetti with meatballs, tomatos and mushrooms; and penne with gorgonzola, mushrooms and mascarpone, and salad to share. We just managed to share a Tiramisu, which mustn't be missed if you visit.As we left, 3 people were contemplating the menu in the window outside. We recommended them to try it as they wouldn't be disappointed. We will definitely go again and told the manageress before we left. Absolutely yummy food!!!!

Had lunch there. Good sized portions of good Italian food. Choice on menu inlcuded things you would not get at chain restaurants. Staff friendly and fairly efficient, especially as it was full. Would go again.

BY FAR my farourite Italian restaurant in London! The food is delicious and the tiramisu is fabulous! If you are looking for a tasty, generous, fresh Italian meal, this is the place to go.

A few tips: Be prepared to wave down your waiter when you need anything, because the staff is generally chatting around the bar and do not pop over to check on their tables. Also, if you eat the olives/veggies before your meal, it is a £1.50 charge per person.
