Dim-sum is good value for money, in my opinion, although not being Chinese I am obviously no expert!
We went there on numerous occassions - one of them being my boyfriends birthday - we ordered a plate each of the giant prawns with garlic which were absolutely delicious, only problem was that one plate arrived accompanied by a gigantic bowl of rice and the 2nd plate arrived 45 (!!!) minutes later - I told the waitress when ordering that we wanted 2 (!!) plates of the same dish - and they still did not manage! Needless to say when the 2nd plate of prawns arrived the rice was cold, I asked them to get a warm rice and they dumped the rice in some grease and reheated it, which was absolutely disgusting!
As it was a birthday we booked the table - judging from their reaction when we booked, I'd guess people usually don't book this restaurant - but we were the only people with constant problems with the table - they put us on a table for four (to give us more space) - the table was made up of two tables and throughout the evening they took the 2nd table away, returned it, took it away again, just to replace it with a garden table!!!!! - yes, very special night indeed.
...and to top everything they even asked us if we wanted to add a tip to a bill which had already a service charge on it! I just had to burst out laughing when they asked us, this was THE worst dinner ever and instead of offering us a free drink or dessert for the horrible night we had, we were asked to double tip! Yeah right!

Totally disorganised, dreadful service. We went there for a friend's birthday and I don't think they got a single person's order 100% correct. We received our starter just as we were leaving, but they still attempted to charge us for it.
Despite their being a surfeit of staff, few could speak English and this only added to the chaos. Really detracted from what was supposed to be a fun celebration.
The sound quality of the karaoke is awful, too. The food itself was fair, but I've eaten far better elsewhere without feeling ripped off.

Well, what a disappointment! I went here with a group of friends for a birthday party, we had a room upstairs for the kareoke. Some of the food was wrong, 3 peoples food didn't turn up without serious prompting and they kept trying to fleece us on the drinks! ... Never trust anyone who won't let you keep the drinks menus on the table! 6 pounds for a vodka and lemonade? The menu said it was 4.30... The prices also changed repeatedly - one friend ordered a beer and it was 3 pounds... then they tried to change it to 3.50 and then 4 pounds. On complaining to the management they gave us a few free drinks.
Coupled with the automatic service charge they add (10% according to the menu, 15% according to our waiter) I have to say I was disappointed and felt a bit fleeced.
Food was very nice however, the actual eating the meal part was very enjoyable.
