I visited this restaurant with 11 friends and was appalled at the service and staff manners. The waiter got the order for starters wrong and then when the main course arrived one of the meals was unedible. The pork was all grizzle and fat and had to be returned. As there was 12 of us there was a degree of noise but only chatting and an occasionaly laugh. We were asked to be quiet. We paid the bill anmd left and will not be returning

We walked out of this restaurant last Thursday evening. Although the restaurant was almost empty (it was only 6.30pm), we had trouble engaging with the many waiting staff to order drinks. We ordered a bottle of wine, and some tap water. We were told that we had to pay 80p for tap water. Once we told the waitress that we felt this was unacceptable (in a nice, polite way), she said she would give us the first glass only for free! We asked to see the manager - she told us he wasn't there. So, we asked to see whoever was in charge - she told us that there wasn't anyone! Needless to say, we gave our polite goodbyes and left.... I always order tap water in the UK, and have never had such an experience. I will not be going back.
