Hi Sushi (Soho)

Absolutely love Hi Sushi - I always recommend it to my friends. Their service is good and their food is amazing. Have never had any problems. They are even very accommodating on nights when the queue is half way out the door. I cannot fault them. I just look forward to any business trips I have in London so that I can make my way down to Hi Sushi for the evening. Love it!!

Met at the door, led downstairs, asked to be sat next to each other, was told no, you must sit opposite each other, asked if we could sit next to each other was told no you must sit next to each other, asked why, told because if we sat next to each other, it might mean a table of 5 wouldn't be able to sit next to each other, i kinda understand apart from the fact there was only two other people in the entire building (staff aside). Picked my bag up and spent £40 down the road.

Rude, unaccomodating, passive, lacking any kind of business sense, not very smart, and without my custom.

This is one of my favourite places for sushi. Yes, the waiters are not Japs but from China, yes the paint is coming off the walls, and yes sometimes you have to sit on the same table as other people. But ...who cares. The food is very good for just £15, despite you being able to eat as much as you like, you know exaclty how much you are going to pay. The fish is extremely fresh, the man that prepares the food is a Jap, and that is what matters!
