Smart, good service, good food, High decibel level - which might irritate one's grandparents (although the clientele was predominantly local and (relatively) youthful - by which I mean 30s).

This restaurant is the third in the Belgravia area owned and managed by the same people. Oliveto (where you can find the best pizza and pasta in London) and Olivio, which boasts a slightly more sophisticated but similarly brilliant menu are the sister restaurants on Elizabeth Street and Ecclestone Street respectively.
Olivomare just serves fish dishes, so if you are a meat lover this is not the place for you! The restaurant is small, probably 30-40 people at one time and is very minimalist in its design but beautiful none the less. All the dishes, without exception, have been superb on the two occasions I have dined there. I strongly recommend the clam soup which is stuffed full of juicy fat clams out of their shell and giant cous cous. Unusually for me I would also say you must try the puddings - the cheesey pastry thing it to die for as is the chocolate thing. Staff as per all their restaurants are very helpful and don't recommend the most expensive wine on the menu! Only complaint is you can't find the door to the loos or the taps! Highly recommended and if you live nearby it's a must.

food was terrific and credit should be given to the restaurant for NOT refilling our wine glasses every 5 min full to the brim. first time in a long time that our bottle of wine lasted through the entire meal!
the one BIG problem is the noise level. it was so loud we thought that we were at a Stones concert. it was impossible to carry on a conversation and we had to shout at one another throughout the meal.
The noise is a killer and unless they reduce the sound level by at least 50% .
we won't be going back. it's a shame since the food was very good.

A great place for a party of up to 4 but wouldn't recommend any more than that. We being a party of 8 were told that we had a 2 hour slot only (between 7-9pm)and as soon as we arrived there was a bit of pressure on to order and eat.
The high points: Great seafood that is super fresh and cooked to perfection; the decor is great and the waiting staff are friendly.
The low points: smaller servings for a above average price (however don't let that put you off as the food is divine); our wine and water glasses felt like they were constantly empty and we were never offered replacement bottles. I thought that is how they make their money.
All up - very mixed results from our party of 8. I would go again but in a smaller group.
