2nd time at Oliviomare. I came back after two years and enjoyed it. Spaghetti ala bottarga is a must. The octopus and rocket salad was also great. The service was friendly and top notch. Tables are a little close so be prepared to listen to the next table whether you want to or not.

Went there with my boyfriend yesterday for dinner, I would say this place is perfect for a lunch on a sunny day, rather than for dinner. It s not cozy enough with white plastic chairs and tables. Food was good, service was good. I will definitely come back there, but for lunch.

Went there with a group of ten last Sunday and had a great time. Very bright, funky interior. Lots of Italians eating there which is a good sign I guess. The waiting staff were all very friendly and mostly efficient. The prosecco was delicious and perfectly chilled. The starters were all good; the baby octopus stew was outstanding. We all went for pasta mains; the linguine with fresh crab meat, garlic and chilli was heavenly. We tried most of the desserts - a lemon cream thingy was the clear winner; the tiramisu was a bit dull. We drank a delightful Gavi di Gavi with the meal, which was crisp, dry and refreshing. Came to £60 a head, including coffees and service. Highly recommend it.
