The Fox on the Hill

The fox on the hill is a nice welcoming place to sit and have a nice meal and a drink together, especially if the weather is nice, you can even sit outside with your drink. Only downside i have is that i have had their roast dinner, the carrots got served raw, they were really tough to chew on. And on a different occasion i had a meal in there had their sausages, mash and peas which was very enjoyable to eat, after i ordered their fruit salad with yogurt, the bananas were completely black, i complained about this to the lady supervisor, she asked me if i wanted a free drink or another fruit salad, i replied back saying no as it turned me right off, she then gave me a refund for the fruit salad. Im really not sure if i will go back to the fox on the hill in dulwich again as obviviously they have a rubbish person who cooks the food for the customers.

it was warm cosy and generally nice food welcoming staff....nothing was too much of a problem, would recommend to families and friends!

Excellent food,very clean and warm, friendly staff. We've never had to wait to be served and the atmosphere is a good balance of peaceful (Thankfully no telly !) and welcoming. I would highly recommend this to couples and families alike.
