Britannia Bar Cafe

I'm not quite sure why the Britannia is listed on London Eating, seeing as it's in Rochester and in no way, shape or form in London! That aside, if you ever happen to in the Medway towns then it is most definitely worth seeking out. I live nearby and go there regularly for meals (and drinks) and have never been disappointed.

The food, especially the Sunday roast, is of excellent quality and is extremely reasonably priced. The service is prompt and friendly and the decor and general atmosphere is very pleasant. The Britannia normally has 3 real ales on (Goachers light and two others that change farily often) which I've always found to be in good condition - definitely a major plus in my book. I'm fairly sure that they don't serve food on Friday or Saturday evenings, however.

In any event highly recommended.
