We had the worst service ever! the staff moved us from our initial table, got the bill wrong 3 times, tried to over charge us for one dish and then blamed the computer for error after telling us we did order the £21 main course (nothing on the menu was that expensive), forgot our coffee. After all of this no "I am sorry". They also over charged the next table too. I asked and one point where our coffee was and the member of staff just walked off.
In short terrible service and we are never going back and suggest you avoid this place at all costs.

Expensive for what it is, the same standard food is available elsewhere on Edgware Road for less.
Maroush Gardens is owned by the same group who operate the Beiruit express down the street, and the standard of food is identical. Whilst I can not actually fault the food, I think it is poor value considering this fact. The environment is plush but it is hard to see that justifying the price hike.
The set menus offer a good selection of lebanese fare, the usual staples are there, from houmus, moutabal, tabouleh and falaffel, through to the hot main courses of shish taouk and shwarama.
Save yourself a few quid and go over the road.

I went here with my wife prior to booking here with my expat sister, who loved it in Dec 2007. The reviews on London Eating and other sites suggested it would be a great risk coming here.
I can only surmise that they are insincere, or that standards have improved graetly in 2010. Would-be diners are advised to visit, and to ignore the reviews.
We had five starters, four hot and one Maroush Salad, and Grilled Chicken Cubes, which came with ali-oli and flaps of pitta and tomato and two new potatoes. The starters, lamb kidneys, sweetbreads, ful medames and chicken wings, were uniformly excellent. The meal proved too much to eat after we had nibbled at free fresh raw vegetables in a basket while awaiting our food. A free aubergine puree was provided for waiting so long (we hadnt noticed)
The £20 Ksara Blanc de Blancs was set up in a metal icebucket and was fragrant and unusual.
Service was prompt and courteous.
I do not work for the restaurant but smell an injustice.
I will be happily going with my sister having made the booking straight after this fine lunch.

The menu is comprehensive and the setting is very nice.
However the food was agricultural. The service was poor as wine glasses were removed while the bottles were half full. On previous visits a bowl of fruits was placed on the table which was missing this time.
Furthermore when we checked the bill properly at home, we were charged for 2 extra bottles of expensive water.
Definitely worth a miss
