Be aware!! This place is a complete ripoff!! I have been there quite a few times. I enjoyed this place at first but I would absolutely NEVER visit there any more! They would treat you VERY differently when you look like a visitor instead of a local. Last time I was there with a few friends visiting London. We went there for dinner after some sightseeing. All my friends carried their backpacks. It turned out that their dishes they served are much much smaller than normal!! This happened a few times, and I then finally realized what they do!! I cannot believe they way they do business and I would never visit this place again!! BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE!

I have been there twice. The first time I was there with my boyfrined, we had a quite and romantic dinner, even though we are both not that into Chinese cuisine, we really liked it: the food was great and service attentive.

So we decided to go there for the second time for Karaoke and dinner with a group of friends. We were amazed with the modern touch screen karaoke system and the design of the room. The food and service was not disappointed even we were a big group and well organized by the staff. We had a lot of fun and everyone really enjoyed...

I was recommended by my chinese friend. Last evening, me and my girlfriend had a wonderful foods in this restaurant. We had the set meal "Peking" and was reccommended a House Red wine (Malbec) to go with the food. The service is fantastic, they give us a break and wet towel in each course not like others Chinese Restaurant. Overall everything is good but the environment not as aspected. The table is small and the aisle between table to near to each other, that make us no privacy but the waiter change us a nice table at the corner...

I had a dinner on last Saturday with my family, we had a great time and the food was absolutely fantastic especially Sizzling Szechuan Beef and Steamed King Prawn in XO Sauce with Glass Noodle...Furthermore, the service is up to standard...I would highly recommend to everyone...

Went there last night. Pretty nice though not sure I'd agree with it being the best restaurant in Chinatown. Still well worth a visit though, good lobster soup (with Italian garlic bread?), duck was nice, but can't really hold a torch to four seasons, delciious veg, very very nice tofu with crabmeat, good ho fun.

A bit pricier than I would have expected, for a similar quality of food it was about 50% more than you would pay in say Wong Kei (though a much nicer eating experience).

I went there years ago and we hired a karaoke room, with a chinese banquet - that was great - I'd strongly recommend that to anyone looking for a big corporate/friends night out.

Good stuff anyway, I'll be back at some point.

The best chinese in Chinatown in my opinion. Nice clean, modern restaurant with very friendly staff.

Very tasty food, but without the grease and msg often found in chinese cooking.

The salt and pepper squid is stunning - I could eat it all night. Lovely crispy duck and good selection of usual chinese favourites.

The only gripe I have is that the ribs are very small, hardly worth bothering with.

Would recommend the Royal Dragon to anyone for dine in or takeaway.
