went here with a party of 24 for a karoke and feast-on-chinese night. was not disappointed. had a private room which fitted us all comfortably, food was delicious, excellent value and the staff were lovely. karoke screen was enormous too with some particularly amusing choices on there. would recommend to everyone.

Was there last night, as somebody else mentioned much better than the next door larger Golden Dragon in almost every way. We both had soup to start with which was very good, we then had a sweet and sour pork, some basic noodles and I had the deep fried lemon chicken which was perfect. This was washed down by a couple of beers and the bill came to just £32. The service was fast and the waitress answered questions we had and was polite. Not sure about the atmosphere or decor, but that's more and individual thing and I was more concentrating on my date and the food that those. We both left very happy, full and I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

A party of 7 went on the off chance quite late last Sunday evening. The chicken curry was to die for. In fact all the dishes were very high standard. Would definately eat here again.

I'm really puzzled by the positive reviews of this place. I had dinner there last night and everything was wrong. Spring rolls were just mince in pastry, and came with Lea and Perrins sauce! Half my noodles were uncooked. The staff could not have been ruder if they had been trying. It was not cheap either - we could have had better food for a third of the price. As for the decor, it felt like eating in the kitchen section of an IKEA store.
This restaurant single-handedly ruined our day. Personally I will avoid it like the plague in future.

Simply amazing. We ended up here at 2am and the polite, friendly and accomodating staff managed to fit all 6 of us within 15mins.
I am a seasoned eater of chineese food in London and I can safely safe, this is the best chineese food I have ever tasted. You are in for a real treat.
From the soft shell crab to the chillied cod and the salt and pepper ribs, all were plentiful, fresh, full of flavour and simply mouth watering.
I can't recommed this place enough, a real gem in the heart of Chinatown 10/10

We managed to get a table on a busy Saturday night, and were glad we did! We were attracted by the decor but the menu soon ensnared us - and we went for the Vegetarian set menu. The food was excellent and plentiful, there's a good selection of cheaper wines and the service cheerful. Definitely somewhere to go back to, a real gem!

I went with a friend for my birthday and was impressed with the upmarket decor, the extensive menu and the absolutely gorgeous food (I had seafood curry, which was so large I could have gone for a swim in it, and my friend had chicken in black bean sauce with rice, which was equally massive). However, the service was slightly brusque - which considering it wasn't fully packed I found a bit odd - but have come to almost expect that in Chinatown. For the money you pay this is extremely good value and I would definitely recommend it!

It was my first time to try out this restaurant but full of surprises. The first thing was the unusual stylish deco and warm atmosphere, which very different compared to the rest of China Town. The staffs were very friendly and helpful with choosing foods for me. They also have a good selection of wine and drinks menu. At the end we chose a Peking set menu. The starter was very good and the second course with crispy duck was excellent and even better for the main course. I have to say that was the best Chinese food I ever had in China Town. I will be back and recommend it to all of my friends.

My son and three of his classmates went to this restaurant for lunch to celebrate their GCSEs last Friday.
They are good polite, respectable 16 years olds. I am proud that they were confident enough to go on their own to a respectable restaurant. My son tried to speak in chinese to order a nice meal within their spending limit. However their nice day was completely spoiled by the waiters, who questioned their age and then asked them how they were going to pay and insisted to have them pay before they eat the meal!! This attitude and service is really appauling and is an insult to anyboby.
I hope the manager will review this disrespectable policy and ensure your staff improve the customer service. A good respectable restaurant could very easily be spoiled by the bad attitute and service of your staff.
