What a great change. This place has always looked nice, but somehow lacked that little extra that made you love it.
I revisited after reading a good review and feel I have to let people know what a great place this is now.
Loads more cocktails. English speaking and polite staff and the garden has been done up and is now the best in the area.
I didnt try the food, but the restaurant looke really tempting on a sunny day with the sliding doors open.

Very good cocktails, smart service, nice garden. My friends ate as well and licked their plate. Go, go, go

I have been going to Ruby Grand now since our office moved to Hammersmith after christmas. It's a fantastic place for a quick lunch and a lovely oasis of calm on King Street. I cant wait for the weather to improve so we can start using their lovely garden which has to be the best alfresco area in Hammersmith.

Atmospheric at times, however, no matter how nice the wine list (and how expensive), the staff have been consistently rude. Every time I have been there they act like they are doing you a favour for serving you. Despite giving them a few chances, this attitude has been consistent. Back to my local!
