Have gone here a number of times over the past few years, and I seriously think standards are slipping. First, the only vegetarian soup is no longer on the menu (obviously only a problem for veggies, but still I think it would be good to have at least one veggie soup on the menu). Our waiter, while friendly enough, was totally inept - he left us sitting for ages, got our order wrong, brought the wrong dishes, then left the extra dishes that he had brought through his own mistakes on the bill - luckily we noticed this and had them removed.
The food - sadly, abysmal. Soggy, tasteless bruschetta, awful vegetables (did they come from a tin??), skimpy pasta portions. And way overpriced. I left hungry, disappointed and feeling totally ripped-off.
Antonio Carluccio, please come to this restaurant and see what's going wrong!

Thought this would be a good place to come in the lunch hour for a quick bite, but after waiting over ten minutes to receive the menu and cutlery, the service really let this place down. After receiving the bill, we waited another ten minutes for a waiter to come over to take payment. The food was nice and up to the usual decent standard, but the service here was terrible, so I'm not sure if I would rush back in a hurry.
