The Lebanese Diner

I fully agree with Alex's review above, the place is slightly hidden; however just off High Street ken no one can really fault the location.

The food is absolutely outstanding and this applies to both the Mezze as well the the main courses. I love lebanese food and have not come across better quality in the London area.

Its also worthwhile mentioning that the service is superb, delivered by genuinly nice staff; if the owner is around have a workd with him about food in general and you will instantly feel his passion.

All in all perfect for either lunch or dinner (try the lebanese wine and beer for a chage)

This is by far the best place to eat Lebanese food in London. You will not get better flavours anywhere else. The hummus shawarma, kibbeh and shish taouk in particular are bursting with flavour and should not me missed. I urge you to try this place. It is a hidden gem!

If you want to taste real Lebanese food, this is the place for you. Small operation, small restaurant... Atmosphere is not exquisite but does it matter when the food is so good?

Staff is friendly and helps you make the right choices if you do not know what to expect. Do not leave before having their humus, tabouleh and moutabal. Also, call before you get there to make sure it's opened.

The fish on monday 15/6/09 was out of this world, Great stuff.

The Lebanese Diner, my favourite local restaurant again shows its ability to be a nice cosy restaurant that offers the delicious food expected from a more extravagant affair. I thoroughly enjoyed the seabass with a lovely white house wine and I will absolutely be going back.

Absolutely love The Lebanese Diner! Had dinner there everything was incredibly well delicious and such good value, it is probably the best Lebanese restaurant in London. They have a nice friendly atmosphere in a smart setting; we had the sea bass with a glass of house white, I love chillie so I asked mine to be made hot, we had no complaints at all and had a very nice evening.
