Good food, and pretty good value. Nice little setting, with a lovely fireplace... shame about the service. We had to ask several times for things and our waitress smased 3 glasses in the space of 30 mins! Took ages to get their attention to get the bill even though it was 4.30pm and we were 1 of 2 tables in there.
Although the food was ok, we probably won't be going back as there are many other restaurants in the area that do food just as well and the service is much better.

"I do not know if they are really French but for sure they are Bloody!
I went in London only to try them yesterday, I booked it for me and other 2 friends of mine.
They told us: OK!
We went there and was closed. We asked for more info and a guy that was inside told us that was closed.
So we went to another place near there to eat something.
When we returned back IT WAS OPEN FULL OF PEOPLE.
Bloody French! Never more in my life there!"

The menu was impressive - and French! The starters were lovely (we went for Foie Gras and a lovely little tartlet. The lamb I ordered for main was delicious but my partner's duck was overcooked and very disappointing. Still, the food was definitely above average but what lets this place down was the service.
The service was appalling. It's a small place but twice I was trying to catch the waiter's eye for nearly 10 minutes and eventually had to go up and fetch my water myself (I had ordered it originally but it failed to appear). When I tried to order bread, the waiter shouted across the room to take my order. And the main courses took an age to arrive (almost an hour after the starters). I know that the French dining experience can be long and luxurious - and I was looking forward to that - but this was just too slow and neglectful. The only way to describe the service was lazy.

Went to this Restaurant recently as it has a deal where you can bring your own wine Sunday-Tuesday which we thought was a great idea.
The food was nice, obviously very french and reasonably priced. It won't blow you mind or anything but everything was cooked nicely and portions were a good size. We spent £50 on a three course dinner for two with water and including service which I don't think is too bad, and of course the wine was great because we go to bring our own - perfect!
