Triple A grade pizza just like we have back in the good old U-S of A! I'm sure to come here every time I'm in the Hill. Highest recommendation y'all.

Excellent food - I'm a regular

I work off Westbourne Grove and eat here fairly often by myself, with work mates and with clients. I think the food is really rather excellent and there's plenty to keep me coming back in terms of choice. The pizza is excellent and the sizes make it perfect for bringing a group to (if we are having a business lunch). The sharing aspect is also a big plus for me as it's a bit of an ice-breaker when the pizza arrives and you have a big group people who don't know each other - it never fails to make an impact and always disappears very quickly. I'd say the best pizzas are New York Hot, The Hamptons (I love Parma ham) and the Spinach and Ricotta (melt-in-the-mouth gorgeous). A lot of people also like the Chicken Parmesan. In terms of non-pizza choices my number one is the Hero Meatball sandwich - closely followed by the Chicken Milanese (if you're really hungry nothing else quite hits the spot and you can always see the food-envy in people's eyes when it arrives!!!). I do eat at other places along Westbourne Grove but a lot of them are quite pretentious and stuffy (for someone who doesn't live in West London) so if you want good food at a good price then you can do a lot worse than Mulberry Street - my place of choice in the area.

Don't let the name fool you - in no shape, form or taste does this restaurant resemble Lombardi's on Mulberry Street in NYC. The atmosphere is cold. The staff are rude. And the pizza - hideously and inexcusably overpriced and the cheese is processed. PROCESSED! There's nothing more to say. No wonder it's always empty.

I have had a delivery on two occasions from this company.

The first was booked over the internet from their website – it arrived an hour early.

The second was booked over the phone at 1800 for a 2030 delivery – it arrived at 2115. Their excuse was they were busy… and perhaps the height of arrogance was told ‘that everyone knows if you want one of our pizzas you must be prepared to wait and accept it will be late.’ When it did arrive it was obvious the pizza box was stood on its side as the pizza was a soggy mess at the botton of the box.

This is a company that clearly doesn't care about its punters – so i don't feel to bad about giving it such a harsh yet accurate review. If this is what New York dining is about then a big no thank you to this import.
