Really, really, really disappointed. I was excited to find a reataurant in my local area you dont have to sell one of your arms to afford to eat at, however this was an utter disapointment. All tables were taken when we arrived, however we weren't told this until about 5mins waiting at the door. We then opted for a takeaway, after the waiter rudely told us there would be a long wait for a table and shoved one menu into our hand. We then watched others arrive and get seated while the waiters didn't even ask if we preffered to eat in instead.

We ordered drinks whilst we were waiting and had the joy of watching them sitting at the bar, as no one bothered to bring them to us. We were given our food before they were brought so we left without them.

Once home, Which is about one minute down westbourne grove (no exaggeration), we found COLD food and measly portions...even though told that our order would be enough for 2.

Top of the Class - By far the best pizza in the Gate. Amazing food, absolutely brilliant pizza and pasta plus really cute waitresses.

As if all that was not amazing - we chanced on their downstairs room where they were actually playing the footie on a giant 50 inch screen. So to conclude.......Pizza, Beer, Girls and Footie? Carlsberg don't make pizza restaurants - but of they did it would be Mulberry Street!

Overpriced for a non real pizza. the place is dirty, management not prepared to have good catering knowledge...better pizzeria in the area. try rosso pomodoro, much better, and real pizza.

We visited Mulberry street recently and unfortunatelly I have to say that we have never had such a bad experience with customer service in London. Moreover, the waitress on duty was not professional and chewing gum while serving customers. She never asked us if we enjoyed the food, if we needed something else to drink, and finally if we needed any dessert. As far as food is concerned our pizza wasn’t prepared well and definitely too soft! I complained saying that we should not pay any service charge. He answered: I dont think so. No one apologised for the inconvenience.

"Massively overpriced, poor quality food, abysmal sevice.

Service so bad, that this was by a mile the worst meal i've ever had. Food not great. No manager prepared to speak to customers.

For the same money, go to a proper restaurant!"

i've never had a bad experience here. I have lived in Notting Hill for 17 years and this place is def the best pizzeria in the area - far superior to anywhere else.

it's fun, lively and amazingly great value. Sure sometimes the service isnt perfect, mainly due to most of the team being Italian, but i've always found them to be super friendly and great with my kids.

Anyway don't be led - try it yourself and make your own mind up!

Service is not at all impressive, but pizza is definitely worth the £15 i paid and was the best i've had in a very long time. Awesome.

Save your money and the aggrevation. The pizza isn't bad, but the consistently poor service topped itself with my last experience. I ordered a pizza which arrived after 1.5 hours (45 minutes of which the delivery boy was lost). Once it arrived, the pizza was not only cold but mangled beyond belief (apparently he jumped the fence rather than calling up to be let in). When I rang, the manger of the shop refused to credit my card, so I emailed the owner, who just forwarded my mail to the same unhelpful manager. I stopped by two days later and they still refused me a refund, even after agreeing that I never received an edible pizza. She said she would take care of it, but never did. The margarita pizza is barely worth the £15 on a good day, but it was a lot to spend on nothing at all.
