Bar Tabs *BEWARE* - I like Agenda, it is a nice, relaxed, place to go. it did go downhill, but seems to have bounced back a little.

However, on a recent trip, I realised that my bar tab bill had quite a few extra drinks added to it. This wasn't noticed until afterwards though, so too late to point out. The additional drinks totalled ~£57 on top of my agreed £70, so an 80% overcharge. To be fair I wrote to the manager and the holding company, and gave them a week to respond before I posted this, but nothing.

I even asked them to check CCTV footage as they must know the times these drinks were added.

So I'm letting the world know. Will I return, yes I probably will. Will I spend as much, no because I can't trust the bar tab, so the spending stops when the pocket's empty! I feel disappointed, not because of the overcharge so much, but more the lack of response, a simply "don't care" attitude. Not even an apology.

Agenda (Tanya) and Novus Leisure (parent co), take note, you shouldn't ignore customers, I asked for a response and you ignored it.
