I never got as far as having anything from this place. Was shopping on Tuesday afternoon and had a bit of time to spare so thought we would sit in the sun and grab a drink somwhere. This place was totally empty at around 3.30 and I asked the waitress if we could sit outside for a beer and a coffee. The look she gave me you would think I was attempting to purchase illicit substances off her. She rolled her eyes and said they did not have a licence for just drinks...explained why the lovely outside tables were completely deserted!

Fine, your loss.. I thought. We walked further up and sat outside an average but perfectly adequate pub. When we finished we walked back past to see 2 tables occupied by men who were conversing jovially with the hatchet faced waitress, drinking beer (there were several empties on the table) with no sign of a crumb of food or even a menu! It seems there is one rule for their mates and another for money paying locals! After that don't think I will be trying the food...
