Very bad experience!!!

Poor food quality, customer service doesn't exist at all and to make it worst, there was this rude waitress, she brought us the bill giving us a clear message, pay and leave!

I must say, I was almost a regular customer in Mother Mash in Soho, but since then, I won't come back again. Always short with some dishes from the menu. It's easier to ask what's available today...

Those who are in charge of the business must take this review seriously.

I'm part of those who are working local and it's a shame that such a good concept does not deliver quality to their customers.

excellent food, I've been there many times. my favourites are champ mash, lamb and mint sausages and farmers gravy, I could eat it every day. the deco is lovely and cosy, the service is quick and friendly.

the toilets not really clean. but the food is always awesome, good value for money

ps. very good looking girls working there, well done mother mash!!!

Have to say I was a bit disappointed by this place. It was billed to me as a great little place to have bangers and mash and, they're right, it's a great little place and the staff are busy and hardworking.

However I was very diappointed with my food. For one, it was late (which could qualify my second comment more) with a barely fudged excuse that the 'cooker had broken' (even though it didn't stop anyone else being served - basically they forgot our order). When the food did turn up my horseradish mash was normal mash with the tiniest, most pathetic dollop of horseradish you could muster and the bangers were dry. I left well fed but feelng it doesn't live up to the hype.

What a yummy find! The combinations of mash, sausage, pie, and vegetables all topped by a delicious gravy are numerous. The food was excellent and good value for money. Highly recommended.
