We went for a family birthday celebration on 16 October 2008. Disappointed with the quality of food. Apart from chilli paneer, which was good, everything else was totally unedible; crispy bhajia were cold and not crispy at all with no flavour, bhindi bateta curry was tasteless and finally masala dosa was a total disaster - dosa's were like rags and it took them 15 to 20 mins to bring one dosa. The excuse was that the pan (tava) was new and therefore took some time. Eventually, after 1 1/2 hrs of being in the restaurant, one person decided he could not wait any longer for the dosa to arrive so we left. The waiters were not prepared to offer an explanation or to get the food to us - simply pleading ignorance! The celebration was a total disaster for us and we would not recommend this restaurant to anyone unless there is significant improvement in the quality of food and the service.

The most horrible experience ever. We went on a saturday night and were seated quite quick but it took ages before anyone brought us a menu. The toilets were disgusting with wet floors and toilets in a sorry state.

We ordered crispy bhajia, veg hakka noodles, spicy mogo and sev puri and two glassses of passion juice, The turn around was quite quick with bhajia and sev puri being served in less than five minutes. We had almost finished the bhajia before we had to remind them to bring our drinks, The noodles dish was also disgusting. We were literally served plain boiled noodles with no seasoning/soya sauce/flavour. On complaining all the waiter said was "ok i will cancel it" and rushed off before giving us a chance to say if we wanted to order anything else.

i had to go and fetch the menu from the front desk and then stop a waiter and order another dish.

worst meal ever. dint leave to the expectation and the adverts shown. would never go back again and would not recommend it.

they need to sort out staffing levels and get proper trained staff who will respect the customers wishes.!!!! .

Jashan is my opinion has probably the best food around the wembley central area . I have been to most indian restaurants on ealing road and certainly prefer Jashan on a "repeatability" factor. its a restaurant where you would have no problem going in regularly. As with most restaurants around the area I think the service is inconsistent if the restaurant is busy which it generally is on weekends. I would say go in at or around 9 PM if possible. The restaurant is popular with families and have on more than one occasion have to witness children running around, shouting, thumping on the glass enclosure seperating the kitchen and mgmt really does nothing much about it nor do the parents - so if you have aversion for such an atmosphere be warned and just have a look through the window before stepping in.

However, when it comes to food and value for money this restaurant is like none other. In appetizers - Chili Idly is delicious but my favourite is Jashan Ke Paish - its the best. I Love Paneer Masaledar (if looking for something spicy) and absolutely devour Kofta Dilruba. I normally order Jeera Rice its not on the menu but you can ask for it anyways. The Naan bread are Okay - i find them thin and quite small as compared to other restaurants. My wife loves the Veg Manchurian and Schezwan rice and the sauces that come along with it. Other than this one time when my wife ordered Triple Schezwan which was a total disaster of the 6-8 times I have been there food without doubt has been consistently good and well prepared, the cooks certainly deserve praise.

I like to food and the service. I have been to the nearby restaurants and think they are nothing special. This restaurant has not changed that much since I have been visiting it so, it is very consistant.

Hi,

This is the most horrible resturent i have ever visited in UK. Staff is good but the management is worst. Manager does not have any respect to customers. I will not recommend anyone to visit this resturent. There are few other resturents nearby who value customer visit and ready to serve best. We as customers are not asking a seva like maharaja but atleast respect and pleasing invitation. But we dont have both in this hotel.

Food to an extent is good but still get better quality food in other places. This resturent has bad reputation mostly because of management (Manager) but not staff.
