Well it was a let down, no atmosphere, flavourless food and wrong dishes served at the table, I could add more but think these few statements say it all. I would not recommend this resaurant.

I was finding a place to go eat for my one month with my girlfriend, I always wanted to try Turkish coffee so why not go to a Turkish restaurant? Well this place seemed pretty good. The reviews on here were pretty all right and the price for an average meal seemed reasonable enough. There was one review that stood out, stating that the waitress they had was not at all helpful and they had to ask the waitress to remove the service charge already pre-placed into the cheque.
This was actually true when it came to my meal. I had called beforehand and they told me that during 19.00 onwards you shouldn't find it too hard to get a table, so I was guessing it is Monday, it is quiet, the service will be nicer because they are not busy. Guess again. The waitress did not have a smile, did not seem to care as much and got my order wrong. She did not clean the glass when wine spilled on it, both the glasses we had and she was not too keen on asking us if we were ok, if we needed any help with the meal or so on. (The wine glass was mentioned in a review too) The manager seemed too carefree about this day, he did serve some of my food, and he happened to have done better than the waitress I had.
The food however was pretty nice, this was my first time in a Turkish restaurant and well the food I had was really nice. My girlfriend seem to enjoy it too. I had mince lamb as my main meal and I honestly can say it was great for the price. I would say if you are in the mood for some nice Turkish food, in a really posh area, with a romantic atmosphere (more romantic if you are seated more into the restaurant and not the front where you have nothing to see through the window) to it, then come here, as long as you do not mind the service. I would not recommend anyone to be forced to pay service charge. It is not right, it is a way to snack in a few extra pounds of my hard earned cash, also this service should be in the price of the food. But I did enjoy myself a lot, I had some nice wine, good food, great company and could possibly come back again one day.

We visited early on a Friday night for a quick meal after work. We ordered two courses from the set menu offer (2 courses for £9). The starters consisted of hummus and kisir which were both excellent and were accompanied by plenty of bread for which there was no extra charge which impressed me.
We shared the chicken guvech and the lamb shish which were both fantastic and came with rice and vegetables. The lamb in particular was delicious - beautifully marinated big chunks of lamb cooked to perfection on the grill - I don't think I have eaten any tastier or more tender lamb.
We ordered one soft drink and the bill with service came to less than £25 and we were both stuffed.
Would definitely be keen to go back again if only for the beautiful lamb!

I have visited this place in hope for a good food and was very disappointed.
The bread was frozen and still cold inside, when I asked for a fresh one, I was told by a waiter that I will have to pay for extra bread and it will be the same as the one I already have. But he did say it with a smile.
Our starters were OK, but nothing special. Meat was not fresh by look and it did not have much taste either. Desserts were very nice though.
Overall, I will not recommend this place to anyone, there are much better places to eat in the City.

Went to this restaurant after we were let down by another nearby. Modern, smart and efficient but also very friendly and the service was excellent (we were short of time and they took this all on board immediately). We both had one of the full meze (I have forgotten the exact name ...) which was excellent - thoroughly recommend and will happily go there again.
