A Cena

Had a great night, good service not too rushed and left us alone to enjoy my girlfriends birthday. Food was lovely and enjoyed every course plus the wine was excellant. They also wrote happy birthday on my girlfriends plate in chocolate sauce for her dessert.

Would definetlty recommened this restaurant while its not cheap you definetly get your moneys worth.

Had dinner for two on a Saturday night. Very good food and service and not wildly expensive. Fantastic wine list. Really good to see such a showcase for Italian wine. Liked the grappa tasting menu too.

Have eaten here twice in the last 6 months, firstly with a group of girlfriends, and last Saturday night with my partner. Both times the food and service has been wonderful.I think that the service in particular deserves a special mention, maybe it is because those serving you actually care that you have a great experience, or maybe the fact that the owner mucks in - A Cena is a wonderful restuarant with a great atmosphere and imaginative food. Lucky for me, it's just across the road!
