Very very good food. Really tasty noodles. Echoing other reviewers, service isn't great and decor isn't either but that's not really why you go. Food hits the spot and pretty inexpensive also.
NB very bizzrre is that they only serve chicken and pork options unless you opt for 'meat and seafood' which is all meats and seafood. can't get beef on it's own.

Ramen Seto is far better than all the chain sushi/Asian restaurants around. The ramen is very good as are the other dishes, sushi is of a reasonable standard. Ramen Seto seems to be Korean owned and run but why this should be a problem to a stuffy Japanese businessman I have no idea as the food here is identical to that which you would buy at certain izakiya's in Japan. It's cheap too! The atmosphere is basic and the place is basically designed to get you in and out as quickly as possible, so bear that in mind if you're planning a drawn out meal.

This is my favorite Japanese resturant in town. The service might not be great and the genral décor is non descript but the food is amazing. The returant is always full of happy punters and they are usally of Japanese origen. Which is always a good sign. The Ramen soups are out of this world and absolutely huge for only £6 to £7 pounds. Every one I have introduced to Raman Seto has always gone back!
