sushi hiro had been the number one sushi place for me for about six years now, unfortunately this is not longer the case. They never had the friendliest of staff, most couldnt speak a word of english apart from ''ukay'', in time I learnt what to say for them to understand me (which should never be the case in any restaurant). In the past year, sushi hiro seriously downsized their portions and I mean seriously! to the point were I would have half a piece of prawn on top of my sushi rice, fooling myself that being a regular loyal customer would pay of when I voiced my concerns. Nothing changed...even worse their fish was not the same quality it used to be, thinking it was a rough patch and all restaurant go through them, I was surprised to see that the next time I order their portions were still not only tiny but very poor quality. Talking to them got me nowhere, it was a take it or lump it situation, so I left, upset at how they treated the situation and in search of a new sushi place.
