visited one summer evening. felafel was meant to be a portion of five. only four turned up, burnt. very annoyed by that.
salt beef sandwich was okay. not amazing - i have had better for less than half what you pay at HM.
i would visit again but leave without paying to even out the lousy experience first time round. even then i would not be even. but i am not greedy, unlike the greedy owners of HM

Just the best! Its totally unique and there is nothing else in London like it.
Fantastic wholesome real deli food, perfect salt beef, unbeatable chicken soup and dozens of cheesecake flavours to choose from, what more could somebody who likes food want!

Jewish/ Sort of but what Jewish restaurant worth its salt serves teeny weeny salt beef sandwiches cut into quarters with not much meat in them? For what they provide, the prices are ridiculous. Wait until you can get to the USA for real Jewish deli food or try the Salt Beef at Selfridge's!

I don't know why this web site is listing Marry Morgan's food as "American" ... it's not American, it's jewish and it covers some of the best dishes from accross the diaspora from falafel to kneidlach to borsht and some of the best chpped liver I've ever had. I can't imagine there are many other places in London to get this kinda stuff so if you're missing your grandmother or can't be bothered doing anything more serious for Pesach, go relax in Harry Morgan's up-scale diner atmsosphere and do not forget the salt beef!
