Salt beef don't get much better than this in London! whenever I can I make the pilgrimage to B&K were the reward of thick salt beef sandwich on rye with mustard and a Jewish gherkin awaits. Its got a friendly family vibe which is a rarer sight in London

Alice Kramer does not know what's she's talking about. I've been going to B&K @ Edgware for years. The food is exceptional (plenty of it) and the staff are extremely friendly! You only have to read the other reviews to realise that. Alice Kramer is obviously a very, very fussy and impatient person and quite frankly, B&K are far better off without her custom. B&K - you rock! (My only complaint is that they have not opened a restaurant in Harrow yet - I'm still waiting!!!).

We a always returning to this place! I don't like to call it restaurant cause it is more like a deli counter with tables and chair .

Salt-Beef (sandwich) is fresh moist not to salty and well-balanced dish ,worth to try

The look of this ''DELI'' is very back to 80's but you dont mind it once you are eating

Staff are friendly , but you get the feeling of family owned restaurant !!

B&K Salt Beef Bar are simply fantastic. It's a lovely place with a warm athmosphere, fabulous staff, and most importantly, delicious yummy food! The salt beef is always gorgeous, not too salty, just like I like it. I've also had the chopped liver, lokshen soup and cucumber/onion/tomato salad.

The staff are super friendly, and helpful. I noticed a ton of locals popping in and getting take away. By 1pm on a Sunday the place was full. It's quite small, so even when it's busy it's still a nice athmosphere and it doesn't feel overly crowded.

I love this place, my friend introduced me to it, as her sister told her... now my brother comes over from Holland and goes there too!!

Once or twice a month we are to be found eating chopped liver, egg and onion, rye bread, and eyeing up the old school boobies!

The atmosphere is great... and the food is divine... and really reasonable.

Service is always with a smile and very good.

Had lunch in hatch end today 5 of us 13 Feb 2011 second time we have had Sunday lunch there 2 of our small party was there first time, the starters were great the maines saltbeef and tongue were Historic some of the best i have had,No my name is not M.Winner. But he should go and try!!! The service is V V good what ever you want they can do.

Used to go edgware B & K, but we moved from from the area a number of years ago.

Was so happy when they came to Hatch End!! Been many times since they opened. Love the place, amazing saltbeef, massive portions and the boys there are so friendly!!!
